WELLINGTON, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- Located on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island, Fox Glacier is one of the most accessible glaciers in the world, with a terminal face as low as 300 metres above sea level. But in the past decades, the glacier retreated significantly due to global climate change.
